Forefoot GEL ASICS GEL is a shock absorption system that uses silicone to satisfy the needs of both amateurs and professional athletes. Forefoot GEL reduces the force of the load during push, increasing performance and drastically reducing the risk of injury.
Guidance Line Guidance Line places a visible groove in the mid and outsole that follows the foot's center of pressure from heel to toe. The result is a more adaptive running platform, creating a smoother transition from heel strike to toe-off with each stride. The Guidance Line thus helps runners to maintain a natural, efficient gait, especially over long distances.
Rearfoot GEL ASICS GEL is a shock absorption system that uses silicone to satisfy the needs of amateurs and professional athletes alike. Rearfoot GEL offers omni-directional shock absorption, it not only absorbs harmful shock, but helps to stabilize impact forces on the heel.
AHAR+ A thiner and lighter version of AHAR, but with the same resistant effects, the AHAR+ rubber is placed strategically over the outsole to improve strenght and reduce excessive wear.
Dynamic Duomax Dynamic DuoMax Support System is a dual density midsole with a softer top layer for more sensory feedback and added comfort.
FlyteFoam Propel FlyteFoam Propel is the lightest foam on the market today, patented to guarantee, increased comfort in the rest phase, to a new generation of shoes. Placed in the midsole allowing extraordinary durability thanks to nanofibers that make up the entire shoe structure.
Space Trusstic Integrated technology in the midsole specific for the physiognomy of the male/female foot, which guarantees maximum stability and reduces the overall weight to favor a more fluid transition from the support to the deadlift.
Choose by centimeters (CM) If you are buying this model for the first time, we suggest you choose the size based on the length (in centimeters) of your foot. Choose the size keeping in mind that it is advisable to leave about one centimeter of space at the tip of the shoe, since during the run the foot tends to swell due to the increase in circulation. This means it is recommended to leave the toes free to move without touching the tip of the shoe.
How to measure your feet Put on a pair of socks usually worn with the shoe and measure your feet in the afternoon (often, the feet swell during the course of the day). Stand on ones feet on hard surface and position a sheet of paper under your foot. Distribute your weight in a uniform fashion. Measure from the border of the sheet of paper under the heel to tip of the foot, which more or less is the second toe (as seen in the photo). Use a ruler to measure the length taken in centimetres.
