Berlin Marathon

Also in this edition there was no shortage of world records and personal challenges, which make the hearts of millions of Runners, and not only, beat. The incredible Eliud Kipchoge confirms himself as the King of this Major: fifth victory for the Kenyan, with a time of 2:02:42. But the real protagonist was the crazy performance of Ethiopian Tigist Assefa, who demolished the world record by lowering it by 2 minutes 11 seconds by crossing the finish line in 2h11'53". Among the thousands of participants also our ambassador Cristiano Rizzi, who ran his first marathon, his first Major, for the MisterRunning team with the technical support of Nike. A challenge from which he did not shy away, completed with enthusiasm and determination, inspired by the G.O.A.T. Eliud: there are no limits, every day is an opportunity to improve. And like him, the other 47,000 participants who brought their story to the streets of Berlin, and who make this Marathon the beating heart of world running.
