New blend for the U4iC midsole and blown rubber for the outsole, which grant superiror cushioning but with the same sensation of dynamism and speed as ever. More fluid transition for your strides, enhanced flexibility, more power and responsiveness. Sculpted fit guarantees harmonious work between shoe and foot, for absolute grip and freedom of movement.

Like the previous version, the Wave Rider 19 is equipped with the new SR touch cushioning material, a new shock-absorbing blend which is lighter and more responsive in order to return impact energy faster and keep a fluid, swift transition. 

The New Mizuno Intercool ventilation system reduces heat and moisture generated by your foot inside the shoe.

Wave Rider 19 is characterized by the introduction of the Pebax technology, an insole which makes the shoe more balanced, lighter and more flexible, thus combining perfectly the two main features of a running shoe: cushioning and stability.

Dynamotion Fit adapts the shoe to your movements, while the sturdy X10 carbon rubber provides superior durability in high imact areas and guaranteeing better grip on heel impact.

With Smoothride system, which is designed to reduce the sudden accelerations and deceleration encountered by your foot during running phase, this shoe allows an extremely comfortable and stable running experience.
