With a 500ml bottle, it's absolutely perfect for carrying your water or nutrition drink. The lightweight, padded, adjustable, mesh belt wraps around your waist easily and comfortably. There is a velcro closer that's strong and secure. On either side of the bottle there are 2 small zip pockets to safely store your items. 
The bottle itself is very accessible held securely in position by an innovative affixed flask holder, so there's no chance of it falling out as you run, it doesn't irritate or rub against you while your running either.
