To track your order login to your account, go to View my orders in the order details you will also see the progress of your shipment.
Of course, for deliveries in Italy and with a small fee equal to €3.50 for the couriers expense. Remember the courier does not accept checks but only cash!
Shipping is free for all orders with a total above €75; below this total shipping costs are 6 Euro. For shipping costs on orders with destinations outside of Italy consult our dedicated page
The payment was most probably not confirmed with banca sella because they require a security code, that you have not activated. Please use Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account, you would enter as a guest and once in all major credit cards are accepted), where this Secure Code is not required.


You have 14 days from the receipt of the order to return one or more products or the entire order, Free. We will refund within a few days after the return is received, therefore there is no size exchange, you may purchase the other size by completing a new order.
The return procedure is simple, fast and FREE! Follow these easy steps:
- Complete the paper form found in the package and put it in the return box;
- Schedule the pick up on our site as soon as we receive the return you will be refunded.
Of course, you can return the merchandise in any box you desire (as long as the integrity of the returned good are preserved). necessary, to, insert the return form inside the package.
If you threw out the return form that was in the box in error, you can reprint it when you make the return request on Request the pick-up.
To initiate the return process follow the following steps:
- Complete the paper form found in the box indicating the defect you noticed and insert it in the return
- Request a pick up
on our site, as soon as your return is received you will be refunded.
All product purchased on our site are covered by a official manufacturer’s warranty. To initiate an assistance process please send an email on the Contact form indicating the order number, product name, and the problem found.
You will be refunded in the same method of payment originally paid. If you paid cash on delivery you will be refunded by bank transfer (you will be asked to insert a valid IBAN while completing the return form).
No problem, they will pick up the following day. IMPORTANT: the hour indicated for pick up might not be taken into consideration.
As soon as the return is received it will be inspected and we will refund in a few days.
The shipping costs are free if returned within 14 dasy from the receipt of the order. If it is a warranty request (outside the 14 day period), the shipping is at the customer expense who may pick a desired courier.

If you purchase a brand for the first time, we recommend you follow the indications found in the Size Guide and measures found on the products page. Refer to the corresponding sizes in cm and select the size found in the size table. If the size selected does not fit, you can initiate a free return, within 14 days of the receipt of the package.
