To choose the right size for your poles, stand barefoot, in an upright position and measure your height. Based on your height, choose the size that best suits you from those indicated in the table. Consider that if you are unsure about which size to choose and we are talking about excursions in the snow, choose the largest one as the poles tend to sink.
