- Free returns are only available to Premium Club members , when provided for by the conditions.
- For non-members or for products on sale, outlet or on special offers, the return requires a contribution of €4.90 which will be deducted at the time of the refund.

Requirements needed to make a Return and obtain a Refund
All products returned for a refund (except in the case of Warranty Replacement) must retain the characteristics they had at the time of purchase, therefore they must be returned in "as new" condition and be suitable for resale.
Remember that all the original seals, labels, tags, boxes or wrappings must be intact. In the absence of this important requirement, the product will be considered "used" and will therefore be returned to the sender with the transport costs charged or retained with a penalty that will vary from 50% to 80% of the purchase value based on the conditions of arrival of the returned product.
It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal if the purchase was made for business and/or professional use (purchase with VAT number).
In particular, here are some of the precautions that we ask you to respect for the return.
Shoes
They must be returned without having ever been used and must not show any signs of wear.
They must also bear all labels (not removed) included in the initial equipment.
The original box is considered an integral part of the product and therefore must be returned intact, without any marks or writing that could compromise its resale.
Clothing
An item of clothing must be returned complete with the original bag and with the manufacturer's labels attached.
The removal of the labels from the garment implies the presumption of use of the product and will determine the loss of the right to return and refund.
In any case, the item must be returned new, never worn, never washed and free of marks, stains, tears and/or any alterations.
Bags, Backpacks and Accessories
Many of these products are sold in sealed packaging and consequently opening the package (even partially) suggests that the product has been used.
Therefore, the return of opened packages, without sealing seals and/or supplied accessories will not be approved.
IMPORTANT
Returns are considered “Authorized” only if they bear the appropriate return label with barcode that you can download after requesting the return.
All returns that reach us without a barcode label and therefore without authorization will be systematically rejected by our warehouse.
Likewise, all returns made with a courier other than the one we have agreed to and appointed for the return will be systematically refused and returned to the sender.
