Did you order the wrong size, or does the product not meet your expectations? With our “Easy Returns” procedure, you can return products with just a few clicks, hassle-free.
Exclusions and return costs:
- Free returns are available only for Premium Club members and for orders placed during the membership period.
- For non-members, a contribution of €4.90 will be deducted from the refund.
- Free returns do not apply if all items in the order are on sale or part of a special promotion. In such cases, the €4.90 contribution also applies to Premium members. A notice will be displayed in the cart and at checkout.

From the "Orders" section of your Account you can request collection of your return in a few seconds, and even choose the time slot for collection of your products by our partner courier.
No inconvenience and above all no unexpected costs for you.
Fill in the paper Return Form that you found in the package, and reinsert it in the package you are returning.
If you lost the form, you can reprint it from the return request page.
Request a return within 14 days of receipt.
Remember to request the return no later than 14 days after receiving your order.
The courier will come to collect the package from your home according to your requests, so make sure you have prepared everything following the instructions that will be provided to you.
Important: Important: you can request a free return only once for the same order.

The products you return to us will need to be put back on sale, so please take care to treat them with great care if you are unsure about holding them and send them back to us just as you would like to receive them.
It's a gesture of respect for those who will buy them after you.
In particular, remember to:
- don't get your clothes and shoes dirty while you're trying them on;
- do not remove labels and tags;
- do not destroy or damage original boxes, envelopes and packaging;
- do not write on the original boxes or packaging;
- do not wash clothing or shoes;
- return all accessories originally provided..
We are sorry, but we cannot accept:
- visibly used products;
- shoes and/or clothing without labels and/or original box;
- electronic products without all the accessories originally included;
- products which have been altered, tampered with, broken, abraded or simply opened;
- purchases made for business and/or professional use (purchase with VAT number).
Please note, in the cases listed above, the return cannot be refunded and your product will remain at your disposal.
We can send it back to you, charging you for shipping costs.
We will refund you immediately
As soon as we receive your return, if it complies with the requirements listed above, we will refund the amount.
- We refund your credit card immediately if you paid by credit card (or Paypal).
- We refund by bank transfer if you paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery.
- We cannot make refunds by other means (top-ups on cards, postal orders, bank checks).
