Little or no rules for a Return without Stress!
We understand the stress a return can cause, but if you follow the simple rules described on this page you will be able to complete a request for a return in a few clicks and drastically reduce the waiting time.

Requirements necessary to complete a return and obtain a refund
All products returned to be refunded (except in Warranty Substitution cases) will need to retain the same characteristics when they were delivered, therefore they will need to be returned "as new" and can be re-sold.
Remember they must have all labels, tags, boxes and original packaging. Missing this important requirement the product is considered "used" and will be re-shipped to the sender with shipping costs deducted or held with a 50% to '80% penalty of the value based on the condition the product(s) arrives in.
The following is a list rules to follow when returning a product(s).
Need to be returned without being used or showing signs of wear.
Will need to include all originally included and non removed labels.
The original box is considered an integral part of the product and therefore needs to be returned intact, without damage or writing that may hinder the re-sale of the product(s).
A piece of apparel needs to be returned complete with original packaging and attached manufacturers labels.
Removed labels renders the product used and not able to be returned for refund.
The piece of apparel will need to be returned new, not worn, never washed or signs of wear, stains, tears or signs of damage. Electronic products, Sport Watches, GPS, accessories. Most of these products are packaged with a factory seal therefore opening ( even slightly) will result in the product being used. Returns resulting as being open, without a factory seal and/or missing accessories will not be authorized.
Returns are considered to be “Authorized” only if the proper label with bar code is present. This label is available for download once authorized.
All returns received without the label and bar code will be not accepted by our warehouse.
In the same way any return received using a different courier other than our contracted courier will not be accepted by our warehouse and returned to sender.
